Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Head and Shoulders.

We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to win across online eRetailers across top European markets with best-in-class eContent experiences, expanding an existing team of eContent experts.

Our eMerchandiser Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and support the current & future of P&G presence in top eRetailers across Europe, while working with some of the biggest brands in the world. The eMerchandiser Specialist will be responsible for managing and curating our eContent presence in eRetailers, by collaborating closely with internal & external stakeholders and coordinating different tools and platforms to ensure our eContent is increasing sales.

This role is based in our Warsaw HQ (ul. Zabraniecka 20).

As Europe Amazon eMerchandiser Specialist you will:

• Run all stages of product activation on Amazon – from listing to eContent Deployment

• Manage and update live eContent, such as images and copy to ex: Amazon via Vendor Central

• Perform regular eContent audits and action required changes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.

• Track eContent completeness, compliance and performance via digital shelf analytics

• Work closely with EU local teams having an impact on business at the local level

• Be part of an established team of eContent Specialists

Job Qualifications

Apply if you have:

Must have Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)

• Hands-on experience with eContent deployment and updates ex: via Vendor Central and/or via third-party syndication tools, and managing large product catalogues on eRetailers - multi-market, multi-SKU;

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with attention to detail;

• Good ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have Requirements:

• Vendor Central experience, particularly on Catalogue Management and Product Listing/Content Management (Product Detail Pages, Brandstores, etc);

• Experience tracking eContent completeness and compliance via Digital Shelf Tools;

• Knowledge of another language (German, Italian, French, or Spanish) would be a plus.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Drive to stay abreast of industry news and updates and an external-focused mindset
