We have an exciting field-based position within the P&G Professional Oral Health Team (POH). This position is covering the region Twente.
In the role you will:
Evaluate, monitor and improve the P&G presence in Dental Offices;
Conduct daily visits to Dental Practices to promote P&G Oral health brands and increase usage and recommendation levels;
Build effective relationships with decision makers in dental practices to achieve excellent business results. When appropriate, sell to practices to contribute to the sales;
Act as an expert on product knowledge, prevention, and clinical research, providing guidance and support to dental professionals;
Represent P&G at Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs, and Scientific Exchanges.
Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
Confirmed previous experience (ideally healthcare / professional sales and/or a dental / healthcare background);
Fluent Dutch & Advanced English (B2+);
Driving license;
Digital literacy;
Knowledge of dental terminology (will be beneficial);
Basic marketing knowledge (will be beneficial);
Passion about customer service, influencing and scientific selling;
Strong relationship-building skills with a service-minded attitude;
Keen interest in oral health and healthcare;
Autonomy, agility, priority setting, and operational discipline;
Collaborative team player, willing to share knowledge and contribute to personal and team growth;
Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering to small and large groups.
