Product Owner is responsible for setting the priorities typically for a small internal digital product. Collaborates with others to understand different points of view and arrive at clear definition of opportunities. Understands the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog. Communicate the status of the digital product to peers and manager. Creates personas, user journeys, user flows. Conducts user and usability testing and utilizes the results to inform design decisions. Embraces Agile methodologies - fail fast, learn, and iterate - and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life. Owns the product end-to-end to ensure its fit for users' needs and operational excellence through managing several vendor teams.

Mozart plays a vital role in launching new P&G products in many markets across Europe and beyond. It is part of P&G's ecosystem of solutions managing our product Master Data - it enables activation of new product initiatives. Ensuring that Mozart operates in line with its business stakeholders’ needs and expectations is critical for P&G market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting the priorities typically for a medium internal digital product, a group of smaller ones within a same product area, or a small external one

  • Collaborates with others to understand different points of view and arrive at clear definition of opportunities and is seen as the “go-to” person for other teams in relation to the digital product

  • Understands the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog that aligns with available engineering capacity and is aligned to the defined roadmap

  • Communicate the status of the digital product to stakeholders. Drives the strategy for the digital products, defines the roadmap, and guides the digital product team on “what” should be built.

  • Makes data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments. Creates personas, user journeys, user flows

  • Develops and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts. Drives Agile ceremonies, and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.

    Job Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Ability to apply critical thinking and a sense of urgency to deliver changes or resolve problems.

    • Experience in prioritizing and managing product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.

    • Demonstrated working experience in Infrastructure, Product or Platform Ownership or Operations roles or in Project Management.

    • Ability to manage product roadmap and communication with business stakeholders.

    • Basic knowledge of SAP.

    • Understanding of infrastructure, information security and policies best practices.

    • Experience in digitalization initiatives, particularly transforming traditional products or services into digital formats or improving the digital user experience.

    • Knowledge of IT management principles, including software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.).

    • Technical proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and an understanding of product development processes.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

    • Experience with digital transformation strategies, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions.

    • Proficient English, both writing and reading.
