Job Family Summary:

The Specialty Engineering job family encompasses a range of roles focused on the development and implementation of specialized engineering solutions. These roles contribute to and execute strategies within the team or organization, often at a site, country, or cluster level.

Job Description:

This role is part of the Specialty Engineering job family and is focused on contributing to and executing engineering strategies within our team. As a Band 2 role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and execute strategies within the team or organization.
  • Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
  • Collaborate effectively across internal boundaries to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor or supervise, train, and develop entry-level professionals.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred
  • Ability to apply technical problem-solving skills to chronic losses
