We are looking talents for our Teotihuacan Distribution Center Irapuato for the position of:
Purchase to Payment Analyst
Administrative full-time position
Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Teotihuacan Distribution Center - P&G - Irapuato
Work schedule: Full-time position.
Profile: Technical or Bachelor´s degree graduate.
Qualifications: Recent Grads or minimun experience in payments or purchases.

Scope of the Role.
The role of P2P involves leading the entire process from placing a purchase order to paying a supplier. This role is responsible for the centralized placement of purchase orders via BuyIT, write-off risk analysis via reports, Purchase Order Split risk analysis and identification, documentation and follow-up, GR audits, and Low Value Spend principles tracking. Likewise, it is responsible for identifying and tracking blocked invoices, contact with purchasing and suppliers for payment balance cleaning, and user follow-up to ensure timely payment for goods or services to suppliers. Finally, this role develops a broad load of experience in internal controls and is responsible for risk documentation, development, and implementation of action plans for mitigation of opportunities in supplier payment processes.

Job Qualifications
Available to work in Irapuato (Teotihuacan Distribution Center).
Technical or Bachelor´s degree graduated.
Previous experience in purchases or payments is desirable.

Strong analytical skills, and ability to connect the dots.
Strong communication & collaboration skills.
