Wij zijn op zoek naar een Selling Out Advisor om ons team binnen P&G Health te versterken. Deze recent gecreëerde functie, uniek in België, biedt u de mogelijkheid om actief bij te dragen aan de opbouw van een innovatieve rol die wetenschap en commerciële uitvoering met elkaar verbindt.
In nauwe samenwerking met apothekers en gezondheidsprofessionals ontwikkelt u een adviserende aanpak gebaseerd op een wetenschappelijke peer-to-peer benadering. Uw belangrijkste doel is om de kenmerken, werking en voordelen van onze producten onder de aandacht te brengen om zo hun aanbeveling te verkrijgen en de aanwezigheid in apotheken en parafarmacieën te ondersteunen.
U krijgt bovendien toegang tot tools die ontwikkeld zijn op basis van consumentengedrag en -psychologie, om de winkelervaring en productzichtbaarheid op het verkooppunt te optimaliseren.
Deze functie is voor 90% gericht op terreinwerk en positioneert u als een essentiële schakel in de relatie tussen P&G en de gezondheidsprofessionals.
Job Qualifications
Vereiste kwalificaties
JIJ BENT DE IDEALE KANDIDAAT ALS JE:
- Minstens een bachelor hebt in een relevant domein, bij voorkeur in farmaceutische wetenschappen (farmacie, biologie, chemie, geneeskunde, biotechnologie) of in economie, business, marketing;
- Een diploma of aantoonbare ervaring hebt in verkoop aan gezondheidsprofessionals (bijvoorbeeld: apothekers, artsen, diëtisten…), bij voorkeur binnen het toegewezen gebied;
- Kennis van farmaceutische regelgeving is een pluspunt;
- Kennis van het Engels (intermediair niveau) is een extra troef.
