The Procter & Gamble factory in Amiens, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the second largest globally. We specialize in the production of cleaning and maintenance products, manufacturing millions of bottles daily of trusted brands like Ariel®, Lenor®, and Febreze® for consumers around the world.

Job Description:


As a Project Manager focused on Internal Communication, Events, and Digitalization, you will join a dynamic and passionate HR team. You will work closely with various departments to support internal communication and digitalization initiatives while managing strategic projects.

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Project Management in Internal Communication: Develop and execute communication plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement and promoting a positive corporate culture, while effectively managing timelines and resources.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit relevant and engaging content for our internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, screens, etc.).
  • Organization of Internal Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (seminars, workshops, celebrations) ensuring comprehensive project management, including budget, schedule, and logistics.
  • Digital Project Management: Conceptualize and implement digital tools to optimize internal communication, HR processes, improve workflows, and facilitate collaboration among teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze data related to the effectiveness of communication initiatives and event projects, proposing improvements and innovative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong interest in project management, corporate communication, event planning, and digitalization.
  • Ability to work in a team, creativity, initiative, and rigor in project management.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and digital platforms.
