Full-Time administrator position - GYÖNGYÖS, Heves, Hungary

Tasks:

• Responsible for providing administrative support to key leaders and teams at the site, including calendar management, event and meeting planning, travel planning, and other support tasks.

Job Qualifications

Skills:

• Baccalaureate degree (minimum completion of high school required)
• Fluency in communication in English and Hungarian
• Digital knowledge, mainly excel
• SAP/Enovia is optional
• Willingness for learning new systems
• Leadership, coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong priority setting and discipline
• Has a positive attitude towards challenges and changes
• Be flexible and able to work under stress and against priorities
• Great ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn
