Whether they have moved roles to other areas or have stuck around they shaped my view on investing in others whether it’s inside or outside my role. That can take different forms such as recruiting for Florida or Hispanics in Texas, coaching new hires in my group, taking the extra step to ground individuals cross functionally on what things mean.
