
Retail Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Sales Supervisor is accountable for customers’ performance on delivering customers sales, share growth target coverage and in-store First Moment Of Truth (FMOT) execution.
- Quality in-store execution
- Deliver excellent in store First Moment of Truth(FMOT) execution
- Maximize the efficiency of in-store activities, e.g. event/promotion
- Key Consumption Period execution uplift
- Category and Point of Contact capability building
- Retail distributor sales team category capability building
- Regional customers In Store Programs, Promotion, or Performance category capability building Build close relation with customer.
- Coverage go deep
- Call regional Head Quarter to build relation
- Quality Regional Head Quarter in-store execution
Requirements:
- Passion to work in customers business
- Good communication and business analyze skill
- Strong leadership and ownership to grow category business
- FMCG Sales background is preferred
