Electrical manufacturing ENGINEER

 

Gyöngyös Plant is one of the youngest P&G Plants and growing continuously. In this factory, we are assembling Oral-B electric toothbrushes, and we are packaging Braun electric shavers and epilators. THE JOB SCOPE INCLUDES:

Our Engineers are responsible for inventing, reapplying, and developing technologies, required to support the production process of our world-class consumer products. Through the use of state-of-the-art technologies, equipment, and work systems, we create a continuous stream of flexible, loss-free, profit-generating technologies and initiatives, safely producing the most cost-competitive products to meet a full range of consumer needs. Where appropriate, we develop unique proprietary technologies or simply reapply what is proven, consistent with the business requirements.

  • Lead the daily operations of the associated PC&IS technicians and determines the electrical needs of the given area
  • Maintain and exemplifies electrical safety best practices and follows all site-specific standards.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams, including but not limited to operators, engineers, construction personnel, and electricians on defining technical scope of work and identifying the required steps for the process development and troubleshooting.
  • Identify automation challenges and drive solutions aligned with the “GYÖ Site Digitalization Journey”
  • Provide technical expertise in areas such as sensors, motors, PLCs, machine vision, networking, and power distribution systems.

Job Qualifications

  • University Bachelor or Master degree in engineering (electrical engineering /automation & control/ mechatronics or similar)

  • Communication level in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken)

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience

  • Experienced in electrical and controls to the level required to lead the PC&IS scope of a project

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

  • Good problem-solving skills
