We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Modern IT Service Management (ITSM) team within the Intelligent Operations organization in Warsaw. Join our team to be part of a major digital transformation journey. As a Software Engineer, you'll build innovative IT service capabilities, modernize our ServiceNow ecosystem, and support the implementation of AIOps-led event management at scale. You will help implement advanced technologies like agentic AI for ITSM, design event orchestration workflows, and modernize 200+ integrations to enable proactive IT operations.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deploy intelligent, scalable capabilities across ITSM application, ServiceNow platform and Event Management system.
Develop next-gen workflows using agentic AI and event orchestration to enable proactive IT operations.
Lead the transformation of 200+ third-party integrations with ServiceNow using industry-standard protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Champion Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Deployment practices to evolve our development environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, SREs, AI engineers, and architects, to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs.
Job Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an engineering role (e.g., Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer).
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
Experience integrating systems and platforms using RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of Software Development concepts (e.g., OOP, TDD, Unit/Integration testing, Encapsulation, Interfaces design, Software integration, Software Development Lifecycle).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Willingness to learn new technologies and paradigms (e.g. ServiceNow, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, Agentic AI) and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in ITSM, observability and Event Management space.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Experience with delivering and administrating solutions with cloud services frameworks, preferably Azure.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
