The Procter and Gamble Digital Front-End Innovation organization seeks a highly-qualified, experienced scientist to lead critical portions of our laboratory informatics portfolio. You will have experience in delivering both R&D innovation (new products, processes, or measurement technologies) and state of the art laboratory informatics solutions (LIMS, ELN, or data activation). In this Corporate R&D role, you will partner with business leaders across our extensive range of formulated, assembled, and packaged consumer products to deliver digital solutions to the broad R&D community. These solutions will also enable a smooth handoff to our manufacturing organization worldwide. In addition to a strong background in R&D and laboratory informatics systems, a deep understanding of operations improvement and organizational change management will be a major plus as you work with a diverse set of business partners with various approaches to laboratory work processes. Experience with validation of IT systems and data governance across a platform lifecycle will be ideal.

Travel of up to 10% is expected as you partner with R&D organizations at our Innovation Centers worldwide.

In this role you will lead key teams within a Company-wide lab informatics program to deliver an orchestrated solution to 5000+ users. Your role will focus on leading / executing several system development and project delivery work streams as well as enabling change management, value creation, and business sector engagement. You will contribute to instrument integration, data activation, and master data design for the current program as well as engage in more upstream efforts as the journey map unfolds.

Other Job Responsibilities:
Become a guide on the work process and technical solution to enable orchestrated measurement and data activation across R&D
- Be familiar with the 11 workflows and business requirements as well as how business need to prepare for and adopt these new capabilities
- Be knowledgeable with the IT solution
- Partner internally and externally to support needs for small instrument integration, data activation, and master data design.

Lead the Organizational Change Management team for the program, including:
-Communication, Deployment, and Adoption activities
-Program governance and self-sufficiency plan
-Oversee development, delivery, and appropriate use of training content, events, demos and proof-of-concept tools.
-Lead development and ongoing use of appropriate value metrics and performance indicators for the program.

We believe you will be an excellent fit if, you have:

- A PhD in Science or Engineering.

- Experience in a laboratory, process or product development setting.

- Experience with GxP and non-GxP R&D Laboratory Operations.

- Experience with ELN and LIMS systems.

- Experience with Organizational Change Management.

- Experience with Operations Improvement, IT System validation, Data & System Governance will be helpful but is not required.
