New Business Unit (NBU) is the Entrepreneurial Arm of P&G. We bring the best of both worlds: agility and ingenuity of the external innovation ecosystem, with more than 180 years of experience of P&G in building and scaling brands that consumers love.

The perfect person for this role, is someone who is motivated by a fast paced environment, flexible, organized, very social and fun. This role will be responsible for enabling the VP’s capacity and effectiveness to build the business

Job Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and task supports that maintain the NBU operations going, focused on senior leadership within the Organization.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders and will be challenged with different scenarios where your creativity to solve them and passion for making things happen will be the best tool to succeed.

In addition to work systems and tasks, you will have the opportunity to engage in Organizational programs and projects that are aimed at creating an outstanding work environment that materializes the vision of being “A Place to Shine”.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Intermediate skill set in Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) as a minimum
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative related work
  • Must reside withing commuting distance to the office (job is based out of our Mason Business Center in Mason, Ohio)

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
