Junior Sales/Customer Team Finance (f/m/x)

Scope of the role:
Sales Finance: Partner closely with sales team and customers to drive consistent growth via framing the right business model or Go-To-Market Strategy, engage in customer joint business planning, and develop customer capabilities.
You will be responsible for co-leading the strategic choices and E2E execution across customer teams of the sales fundamentals and the external customer relationships so that the organization delivers positive, balanced and consistent value creation.
. Customer financial KPIs calculation and analysis, leveraging on existing tools and/or creating new developments;
. Customer activities ROI analysis, to identify optimization and growth opportunities;
. Team work with Sales Teams to prepare key negotiations, including brand activation strategies impact and conditions validation in line with financials guidelines;
. F&A contact with P&G customer central teams;
. Boost E-commerce: profitability analysis to drive channel growth opportunities;
. Support billing validation for specific channel customers
. Support specialty channel responding to business offers and executing the agreements;
. Manage the order entry service, identifying and executing optimization opportunities

Academic background (minimum with a degree) or previous work experience in accounting and/or data analytics
Up to 2-3 years maximum previous work experience in accounting, data analytics and certification in Database applications such as Excel or PBI
Understanding of P&L items and ability to deliver business financial analysis
Competent analytical skills and “connect the dots” mentality.
Strong communication skills (verbal, active listening, written)
High / advance English spoken and written
