YOUR ROLE AS KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F/D)

Co-manage the customer business
Negotiate and deliver annual joint business plans
Implement our product and promotion initiatives with your customer to succeed at the Point of Sale
Work with analytics and shopper insights to sustainably grow the category of your customer
Lead the customer to use trade funds to achieve sustainable volume growth.
Leverage customer’s specifics feedback for reliable input to P&G initiative planning.
Lead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined customer-specific volume and in-store presence opportunities.
Build collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners to achieve key sales objectives based on customer’s requirements and business need
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results.
You have first work experience in Sales, Category Management or Trade Marketing, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, change, and proactive initiative.
You are familiar with the DACH market and its retail landscape.
You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
You must have a valid driver's license.
