Sales Operations Specialist

Your Team
This role reports to the Sales Operations Senior Manager & involves close collaboration with a multi-functional team. The team culture is nurturing, and you will receive support and coaching to develop the unique skillset required to help you succeed in this role. Your work will span across different projects, regionally and globally.

Responsibilities
- Global Scope - Acquire a deep understanding of the markets that we operate in and ability to manage complexity
- Project Management - Develop and support execution of projects, ensure timely and prestigious execution to represent a global skincare brand
- Logistics Management - Lead end-to-end inventory management and international delivery of goods for our Global Beauty Consultant (BC) Organisation
- Stewardship and Compliance - Building a wealth of knowledge of the dos and don'ts, become the subject matter expert in all relevant matters and working across functions with Product Supply, Legal and Finance.
- Data Analysis - Lead the development and maintenance of operational trackers and provide insights to enablethe Sales Team
- Document and Personal Data management - Updating and managing Teams and SharePoint to ensure files are stored and organised compliantly
- Budget Management - Manage Purchase Orders (receive quotations, confirm Goods Received, invoice submission), identify and explore potential opportunities to innovate for cost savings projects.
- Other Administrative Tasks - Organise quarterly team reviews with Leadership Team and other ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Holder with up to 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales/Operations/Project Management
- Demonstrated operational discipline will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
- Demonstrate initiative, agility & flexibility to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organization and follow through skills
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
- Strong passion to continuously stretch yourself to learn new things and grow as a professional
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
