You will report to our Brand Director and work with a passionate and dynamic team in Sydney. As Brand Manager, you will need to work together with teams in Singapore and wider APAC region. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
You are a catalyst to the brand’s strategic choices, product and commercial innovations, holistic communication plans and brand executions across all media and consumer touch points, leveraging data, insights, creativity, and innovation to achieve unparalleled product superiority.
From Day 1, you will be assigned full responsibility for your brand and business results, You are accountable for developing and executing strategies and plans in partnership with internal multidiscipline teams, external creative and communication agencies.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Assistant Brand Manager/ Brand Manager role
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
- Proven ability to develop new insights & creative solutions by integrating multiple sources of information
- Strong skills in utilizing data from performance marketing to influence creative development and media targeting strategies
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Passion for consumer insights and behaviour
- Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
