P&G entered the Australian and New Zealand markets in 1985, after the acquisition of Richardson Vicks. Today we have a local office in Sydney with over 150 employees. Then and now, P&G is committed to improving the lives of the communities in which we live and work. P&G Australia was the first P&G market to execute a digital workplace, go paperless in-store, and digitally scale SD Science.
P&G is committed to developing employees early in their careers. P&G Australia is ranked #4 by GradAustralia as a "Top 100 Graduate Employer" in the consumer products industry, and ranked #2 by GradConnection as a "Top Graduate Employer."
P&G Gives Back
- P&G Australia supports the ‘Brush with Kindness’ program, which mobilizes teams of volunteers to undertake repairs and landscaping to homes for those who are disadvantaged, disabled or isolated.
- Our Global Village program gives employees the opportunity to volunteer abroad to build a home for a family in need. In 2017, P&G ANZ sent a team of 10 employees to Hanoi, Vietnam for a week to build a home for a family.
